Our Story
nCase was created after our team witnessed an overdose and later lost a friend. Both moments showed us how much it matters to have naloxone close by, and how small barriers can get in the way. We designed nCase to make carrying easier, so more people can feel ready to help when they’re needed.

I often find myself in situations where having Narcan can be lifesaving. nCase makes it so easy to carry with me at all times, whether I’m at work or just running errands.

David M.

Social Worker

I never realized how important it was to have naloxone on me until a close call at a community event. Now, thanks to nCase, I always carry it and feel much more prepared to help when the need arises.

Emily R.

Teacher

I used to worry about my Narcan getting ruined or lost in my bag, but this case is super durable and discreet. It’s great knowing I’m prepared no matter where I am.

Anna P.

Community Outreach Volunteer

NALOX-1 gives me confidence that I can act in an emergency. It’s designed so thoughtfully, from its durability to how easy it is to carry. I don’t leave home without it.

Frequently Asked
Questions

What is nCase Lite?

nCase Lite is our next-generation naloxone carry case — the refined successor to our original NALOX-1. It's 37% lighter and 30% smaller, making it noticeably easier to carry every day, while still offering the same trusted protection for the nasal spray. It comes naturally unbranded for a clean, simple look, and is currently available in red and purple. We've now fully transitioned from NALOX-1 to nCase Lite, so if you see NALOX-1 referenced anywhere on our site, nCase Lite is what you'll receive while we finish updating our pages. For all intents and purposes it's the same product that started it all — just lighter, smaller, and easier to carry.

What happened to NALOX-1?

NALOX-1 was our original case, and it's the product that started it all. We've now fully transitioned to nCase Lite, our refined next-generation version. For all intents and purposes it's the same product — just lighter, smaller, and easier to carry. If you see NALOX-1 referenced anywhere on our site, nCase Lite is what you'll receive while we finish updating our pages.

What is nCase Lite made of?

Our case is made from injection-molded silicone — durable, flexible, and built to protect the nasal spray through everyday carry.

Does nCase Lite come with naloxone?

No. nCase Lite is the carry case only — it's designed to hold a single dose of naloxone nasal spray so you can keep it on your keychain, bag, or wherever you'll have it when it matters. We'll always point you toward resources for accessing naloxone itself, including free options in your area.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, government agencies, or first responders?

Yes. We extend discounts to mission-aligned organizations — nonprofits, public health departments, government agencies, and first responder teams. Just let us know who you are and what you're working on, and we'll make sure your pricing reflects it.

How can I pay for my order?

We're flexible on payment to make things as easy as possible. We accept credit card (including secure QuickBooks payment links), purchase orders, ACH, and wire transfer. For health departments and government agencies, we also offer Net 30 terms. Smaller orders can be placed directly through our website, and for bulk orders we'll send a formal invoice with everything spelled out. Just let us know what works best for your team.

Can you add our logo or custom branding?

Yes, with two options depending on your order size:

  • Custom QR sticker (most common): Each case comes with a QR code sticker that links to naloxone administration instructions. We can create custom replacement stickers with your own QR code or branding that sit right over ours — a clean, low-cost way to brand your cases. We can handle this for you, or point you to a vendor so you can apply them yourself for even less.
  • Full logo embossing + Color customization (3,000+ units): For larger orders, we can emboss your logo directly into the case and even produce a fully custom color. This involves a one-time tooling fee, after which any repeat order carries no tooling cost.

How do I use naloxone?

Naloxone is designed to be simple to use. Step-by-step instructions and training materials are available on our Resources page.

How do I recognize an overdose?

Common signs include slowed or stopped breathing, unresponsiveness, pale or bluish skin, and pinpoint pupils. If you’re unsure, it’s always safer to administer naloxone. Visit our Recognizing an Overdose page for more detailed guidance.

Where can I get free naloxone?

Many pharmacies, public health programs, community organizations, and campus health centers offer naloxone at no cost. We list trusted sources on our Resources page.
