Dani Wilder
Dani Wilder is the cofounder of nCase Technologies and a medical student at Washington University School of Medicine, pursuing a career in emergency medicine. Before medical school, Dani trained and served as an EMT, gaining frontline experience in critical care and overdose response that continues to shape her approach to public health innovation. At WashU, Dani conducts research on barriers to naloxone carriage and the outcomes of opioid overdose interventions, bringing an evidence-driven lens to nCase’s work. Beyond her medical training, Dani has a track record of entrepreneurial and marketing experience that strengthens the company’s growth strategy. She has worked with Manchester United, helping to drive brand visibility and partnerships for one of the world’s most recognized sports organizations, and has launched and led many of her own early-stage ventures, projects, clubs, and initiatives, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of building impact-driven movements. As cofounder of nCase, Dani unites her clinical insight, research expertise, and marketing acumen to lead research, outreach, and strategic growth, ensuring the company’s mission is not only medically sound but also effectively communicated to hospitals, universities, and harm-reduction organizations. Her dual perspective — as a physician-in-training and as a seasoned entrepreneur — brings both credibility and creativity to nCase’s vision of making lifesaving naloxone accessible everywhere it’s needed.
